BACK AND BICEPS AT HOME WORKOUT

Back And Biceps At Home

       (No "Equipment" Need)👇



  - All You Need Is Bed Sheet And Towel!

Note:no sense in writing down Reps ,just go until failure as this is majority body weight or "light" weight movements.

Perfrom 3-5 Sets of Each!***perfrom with caution, be safe and smart ,make sure the anchor is secured and towel is world taut***



_ Anchor your bed sheet to a door or railing or literally anything you can find😂

 



     1.Bed Sheet Bicep Curls






-Warp the ends of the sheet around your hands keeping elbows raises, curl your palms towards your foreheadl

     2.Bed Sheet Face Pulls

       



_Same conpect as above , instead glaring elbows outward while pulling your hands up and out to engage the rear Delta!


3.Bed Sheet Rows




_keep elbows tucked and chest out, squeezing shoulder blades together at the top of tge movement.


4.Towel Rows





_ feel Towel wirh anything ( books,rice, protein powder etc.) Loop the ends to make a handle and perfrom a bent over row!



5.Towel Bicep Curls





_ Same as above but perfrom a standing bicep curl.
